Metal Engineer , a major manufacturer of Hydraulic Bolt Tensioners and other industry tools in India, has revised its latest version of the Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner CARBORATOR CT-6 to be more efficient and safe for longer operations.
Carborator is a newly introduced hydraulic bolt tensioner built by industry experts to fulfill industry standards and expanding demand.
The Bolt Tensioner is susceptible to a range of risks, hazards, and catastrophes. If these instruments are not properly fastened or misaligned, they are more likely to cause mishaps in the future.
Manual torque, or torque by hand, is used in traditional bolt tightening procedures, which can damage threads and flange faces. As a result, the job will have to be remachined, which will add downtime.
Metal Engineer’s newly designed hydraulically controlled bolt tensioner will solve these issues by axially stretching bolts and studs with a predetermined residual load to produce a high-integrity fastening that can be fitted and dismounted swiftly and safely without damage.
The Metal Engineer Bolt Tensioner is intended to perform operations with outstanding accuracy while reducing workload.
Mr. Reckson Vaz, Technical Director of Metal Engineer, states, “We have introduced a new seal, which will improve the longevity and cycles of the bolt tensioner before the seal gets replaced.”
“Our newly designed seal retainers will add high reliability,” he noted.
Metal Engineer has its own manufacturing facilities in Vasai, Mumbai, equipped with CNC and VMC machines. The company has exported its Bolt Tensioner and other hydraulic instruments to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other Indian locations.
